On December 26, Zhejiang Winbon New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully held a postdoctoral program briefing and conclusion report session.

The meeting was chaired by Fang Aiyun, Deputy Director of the Longyou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Adopting a hybrid "online + offline" format, the event ensured broad participation and efficient academic exchange.

The review panel comprised six distinguished experts and scholars from renowned institutions, including Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Gongshang University, and Northeast Forestry University. During the session, postdoctoral researchers presented their initial research proposals (for incoming fellows) and final research achievements (for outgoing fellows). The experts carefully reviewed these presentations and engaged in in-depth evaluation and questioning. Key discussion points included the research depth, theoretical contributions, and practical value of the projects submitted by the two outgoing fellows, as well as the innovation, feasibility of technical routes, and future development potential of the proposals from the two incoming fellows. The panel provided valuable constructive feedback throughout the process.
