Winbon New Materials Fortifies Safety Defenses with Comprehensive "Theory + Practice" Campaign for the 24th National Safety Production Month

In deep implementation of the directives for the 24th National Safety Production Month, and to comprehensively enhance corporate safety management efficiency and empower all employees with hazard identification and mitigation capabilities, Zhejiang Winbon New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully orchestrated a series of specialized training sessions and live drills. Adopting a dual-track model of "Theory + Practice," the company has firmly strengthened its safety production defenses.

Executive Leadership Training: Injecting Professional Momentum into Top-Level Design

On the afternoon of June 17, the company kicked off the campaign with a dedicated session for senior management and safety personnel. We were honored to host Mr. Cheng Chunfei, a municipal-level safety expert, and Section Chief Xu from the County Emergency Management Bureau as keynote speakers. Leveraging their profound theoretical expertise and extensive frontline experience, the experts delivered in-depth insights on global and domestic safety trends, core safety management theories, risk identification and control methodologies, and practical management protocols. Through case study analysis and interactive workshops, the session significantly reinforced participants' understanding of primary safety responsibilities, injecting professional momentum into the company's top-level safety management design.
Frontline Empowerment: A Four-Day "Theory Foundation + Practical Skills" Drive
To ensure safety concepts are deeply ingrained across the workforce, the company conducted a four-day specialized training program for production staff from June 18 to 21, utilizing a dual-engine approach of theoretical grounding and practical skill enhancement.
Theoretical Module: Led by Manager Yang from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, the sessions focused on the critical significance of hazard identification, role-specific inspection protocols for frontline staff, and self-rescue techniques for mechanical injuries. By dissecting typical industry accident cases with vivid storytelling, Manager Yang transformed complex safety theories into actionable practical guidelines, effectively elevating employees' safety awareness and sense of responsibility.

Practical Drill Module: The training culminated in a simulated fire emergency response drill guided by Manager Yang. In a highly realistic scenario, employees demonstrated rapid response and standardized operations, proficiently executing the full workflow from fire confirmation to extinguisher deployment and precise suppression. This immersive, integrated training successfully converted written safety protocols into combat-ready skills, significantly boosting employees' psychological resilience and emergency response capabilities in the face of unexpected incidents.
